On March 28, 2026, the Hidden Champion Taicang Association (HCTA) successfully hosted its second salon in 2026. Themed "Corporate Management Level: Core Financial Knowledge Discussion," the event aimed to help business managers gain deep insights into the essence of operations through a financial lens and improve decision-making quality.The salon brought together participants from the Taicang Sino-German CEO Advanced Course and executives from relevant enterprises at the Taicang Enterprise Service Center to jointly explore pathways for corporate survival and development in a complex market environment.

活动邀请了贝克咨询副总经理、太仓市隐形冠军企业协会执行秘书长沈巍先生担任主讲嘉宾。沈巍先生凭借其12年余的中外企业总经理管理经验及8年工厂厂长经历，从宏观战略高度出发，为与会者带来了极具实操价值的分享：

The event invited Mr. Richard Shen, Deputy General Manager of Becker Consulting (Taicang) Co., Ltd. and Executive Secretary-General of the Hidden Champion Taicang Association (HCTA), as the keynote speaker. Basing on over 12 years of general management experience in Chinese and foreign enterprises and 8 years as a factory director, Mr. Richard Shen delivered a highly practical sharing session from a macro strategic perspective:

  • 看懂经营：强调管理者应掌握资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表这“三张表”，核心在于用数据透视业务，避免被报表表象所迷惑。

    Understanding Operations: Emphasized that managers should master the "three statements"—balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement—with the core goal of using data to gain insights into business operations and avoiding being misled by superficial figures.

  • 守住生死：明确了“现金流第一”的经营理念，指出现金流比利润更为关键。同时，通过抓好应收、存货、应付的资金周转，以及关注毛利率、成本和营收真实性，来提升企业的经营效率。

    Ensuring Survival: Clarified the operational philosophy of "cash flow first," pointing out that cash flow is more critical than profit. He also highlighted improving operational efficiency by managing the cash conversion cycle (accounts receivable, inventory, and accounts payable) and focusing on gross margin, cost control, and revenue authenticity.

  • 把控底线：针对现金流断裂、税务合规、内控舞弊这三大风险提出了防范建议，并确立了“现金为王、风险可控、长短期平衡、数据说话”的决策铁律。

    Maintaining Bottom Lines: Provided recommendations for preventing three major risks—cash flow disruption, tax compliance issues, and internal control fraud—and established the "iron rules" of decision-making: cash is king, risks must be controllable, short- and long-term goals should be balanced, and decisions must be data-driven.
