Our Mission
The Hidden Champion Taicang Association (HCTA) is a non-profit registered with Taicang Civil Affairs Bureau, dedicated to match-making between Chinese and German enterprises on supply-chain cooperation.
Founded by leading German and local private firms, HCTA has 218 member companies, including 120+ German firms across hi-tech equipment, precision machinery, auto parts, new energy and new materials.
Milestones
- 2011 · Predecessor "Taicang Sino-German Entrepreneurs Club" established
- 2015 · Renamed to "Taicang Sino-German Entrepreneurs Association"
- 2019 · Officially renamed HCTA; founded the Academy
- 2022 · White paper published; certified Jiangsu 5A-level organisation
- 2026 · 218+ members; upgraded matching platform
Governance
Three-tier governance (Assembly · Board · Secretariat) plus six functional groups: Quality, Lean, Digital, HR, Finance-Tax, Engineering Procurement.
