HCTA operates as a corporate membership association — accounts are provisioned by the secretariat. Self-registration is not available. Please follow these steps:

1. Submit the membership application (company details required)
2. The secretariat reviews within 3 business days; additional documents may be requested
3. Upon approval, the secretariat provisions an account for the contact person to sign in by email
