Basic Admission Standards
Legally registered and continuously operating corporate entities within the administrative boundaries of Taicang. Strict compliance with national laws and regulations, possessing an excellent industry reputation and a strong sense of integrity and self-discipline. Outstanding enterprises in their respective niche fields. Endorsement of the HCTA Charter and alignment with the mission of "Serving members, promoting Sino-German industrial integration, and building a collaborative innovation ecosystem." A voluntary willingness to join the association.
Business Scope & Industry Positioning
Located in core sectors such as high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, key basic components, next-generation information technology, and biomedicine. Primarily producing "intermediate products" (B2B model) rather than final consumer goods, with irreplaceable products in niche markets. Possessing an extremely high technical "moat." These companies are driven by the "craftsmanship spirit" and R&D rather than marketing, establishing formidable technological barriers. Characterized by asset-heavy/high-tech operations, possessing "hidden" attributes, and holding a critical "bottleneck" position within the industrial chain.
Specific Qualification Requirements (Must meet at least one "Hard Indicator")
Recognized as a National-level Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative (SRDI) "Little Giant" enterprise, or a Jiangsu Provincial-level SRDI SME. Recognized as a National-level "Single Champion Enterprise in Manufacturing," or holding a top-tier market share for main products at the national or provincial level. Owning core intellectual property with no less than 5 valid patents, demonstrating continuous R&D capabilities. Possessing distinct characteristics in technological pathways or business models, recognized as a high-quality, high-tech enterprise by the Board of Directors. Having a global vision and aspiring to benchmark against international standards and participate in the global industrial chain division of labor.
Member | Obligations & Retention Standards
Pay annual membership dues in full and on time. Actively participate in events organized by the association. Cooperate with enterprise surveys, provide relevant industry data, and safeguard the reputation of the "Taicang Hidden Champion" cluster brand.
Member | Application Process
Submit the Membership Application Form, along with a Business License and qualification certificates (e.g., SRDI certificates, patent lists).
Authenticity of materials and compliance with standards will be reviewed within 15 working days.
The application must be reviewed and approved at a Board of Directors meeting.
Upon payment of the first year's membership dues, the association will issue a standardized Membership Certificate and publish an admission announcement on the official website or relevant media platforms.
