由中德隐形冠军企业协会主办、奇思资本承办的“中德跨境并购与基金合作研讨会”在上海K11艺术中心成功举办。本次会议采取高端闭门研讨形式，汇聚了来自中德两国的20位核心决策者，旨在搭建跨境并购与基金投资的高端对话平台，深度促进“资本+产业+技术”的跨境融合。
Organized by the Sino-German Hidden Champion Association and hosted by JI Capital, the "Sino-German Cross-Border M&A and Fund Cooperation Seminar" was successfully convened at the K11 Art Center in Shanghai, which gathered 20 core decision-makers from both China and Germany. The event aimed to build a premium dialogue platform for cross-border M&A and fund investment, deeply fostering the integration of "Capital + Industry + Technology" across borders.

会议伊始，主办方及太仓高新区领导发表开场致辞，深入剖析了中德产业合作的现状，并展望了太仓作为“德企之乡”在推动中德企业战略协同方面的广阔前景。与会嘉宾一致认为，依托太仓成熟的德企集群，能够为中国上市公司获取第一手德国优质“隐形冠军”企业的并购或合资信息，是本次研讨会的核心稀缺资源。
The conference commenced with opening remarks from the organizers and leaders from Taicang High-tech Zone. They provided an in-depth analysis of the current state of Sino-German industrial cooperation and highlighted Taicang's broad prospects as the "Hometown of German Enterprises" in driving strategic synergy. Participants reached a consensus that relying on Taicang's mature cluster of German enterprises allows Chinese listed companies to access first-hand information on M&A or joint ventures with high-quality German "Hidden Champions."

In the subsequent roundtable discussion, participants held lively exchanges on topics including valuation strategies, cultural integration, and global supply chain synergy in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, providing valuable practical insights for Chinese enterprises seeking to expand their global presence.
三、精准产融对接，构建常态化机制
Precision Industry-Finance Docking and Building a Recurring Mechanism
会议下半场进入“产融对接”环节，现场精选了3-5个德国“隐形冠军”标的及合作需求进行闭门发布，实现了买方（中国公司）、卖方（德企标的）与中介方（投行/基金）的精准匹配。
Selected German "Hidden Champion" targets and cooperation needs were released in a closed-door setting, achieving precise matching among buyers (Chinese companies), sellers (German targets), and intermediaries (investment banks/funds).
会议最后，主办方总结了本次活动的丰硕成果，并宣布将建立后续常态化对接机制。通过收集参会反馈，主办方将针对路演中有意向的项目组织“一对一”深度访谈，确保会议成果能够真正转化为实质性的跨境合作项目。
Finally, the organizers summarized the fruitful outcomes and announced the establishment of a recurring docking mechanism. Based on feedback, the organizer will arrange one-on-one in-depth interviews to turn conference outcomes into substantive cross-border cooperation.
