2026年4月1日，由太仓市隐形冠军企业协会（HCTA）主办、威赛家用电器（太仓）有限公司承办、UCIC（中德创新中心）提供支持的“技术最佳实践研讨会——中国企业出海与国际企业向中国转移技术的策略”在威赛太仓工厂成功举办。本次活动汇聚了20位太仓德企与民企高管，旨在全球产业链重构背景下，共同探讨德企研发本地化与民企出海的双向技术转移策略，为企业提升全球竞争力提供实战参考。

On April 1, 2026, the " Technology Best Practice Workshop: Technology Transfer Done Right – Strategies for Chinese Companies Going Global and International Companies Transferring Technology to China" was successfully held at Wessel Household. The event was organized by the Hidden Champion Taicang Association (HCTA), co-organized by Wessel Household Appliances (Taicang) Co.,Ltd., and supported by the UCIC. Against the backdrop of global industrial chain restructuring, the workshop brought together 20 senior executives from German and private enterprises in Taicang to discuss two-way technology transfer strategies, focusing on the localization of R&D by German enterprises and the global expansion of Chinese private enterprises, providing practical insights for enhancing global competitiveness.

本次研讨会不仅是经验的交流，更是合作的起点。与会企业在跨境技术转移与全球化创新路径上达成了多项共识。未来，HCTA将通过持续的合作倡议与试点项目，进一步推动太仓中德企业间的技术协作，助力企业在复杂多变的全球市场中实现高质量发展。

This workshop served not only as a platform for exchanging experiences but also as a starting point for future collaboration. The participating companies reached multiple consensus points on cross-border technology transfer and global innovation pathways. Moving forward, the HCTA will continue to promote technical collaboration between Chinese and German enterprises in Taicang through ongoing cooperative initiatives and pilot projects, helping businesses achieve high-quality development in an increasingly complex global market.
